The 'Erasmus' Bridge is a fixed location to the north west of the starting zone. It is found in the north of the second game zone (unlocked after the competition of the Road Junction). Once built it grants a higher increase to the Population Cap.

As with all construction projects, there is a choice between waiting, and receiving gifts via neighbors, or buying any/all required assets with megabucks . A total of 45 assets are needed to complete construction of the 'Erasmus' Bridge; this equates to 45  if you were to buy every asset.
