With the new real buildings photos sometimes being uploaded I think its time to have a better stated Image policy.
1) I think from now on all images must state their copyright status. Help:Image_copyright_tags
- To keep this simple the new {{sqimg}} will flag the image as both being used for fair use and being from SQ; shortcut is just to add "This file is copyrighted by Social Quantum" on the dropdown menu when uploading
2) While nothing will every be perfect for large new image sets make sure their is a naming convention or we will be putting much more work into finding the right images.

For the moment my bigger concern is the copyright one.. while for game images adding {{sqimg}} into the about image page (when you press edit on the file entry its self
example: File:Decoration_Summer_Breeze_Park.png not the page you included the image on.)
When outside source information is provided I need both the copyright template from Category:Image_wiki_templates as well as where you got the image from (a URL).. if possible a wikipedia image with a link to the image page is best because they will have done all the verification of the image.
I will probably be making/finding a template for flagging licence violations which will hopefully email the image owner, and allow them to correct it in a timely fashion.. If not corrected the images can be scheduled for deletion.
Anyway I really don't want to deal with copyright stuff much.. but I also don't want random external images on the site (particularly on the Real World buildings) that are difficult to trace

Any (Non Game) image you find missing licence information just add {{ImNeedsLicence}} to the images about page to flag it for review. If you have a specific comment add it as as such {{ImNeedsLicence|<comment>}}
If a newly uploaded game image requires such information feel free to simply add {{sqimg}}
To see images pending review see the category Category:Pending_Licence_Review
