The Business Incubator is a production building located in the desert to the southeast of the Heliport game zone, adjacent to the Meteorite Crater area. It was added during an update on 01.06.2014 as part of the timed quest called Technological Evolution.

A total of 15 assets are needed to complete construction of the Business Incubator. This is equivalent to 15  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
