"Megapolis is hosting the World Capitals: Amsterdam contest. Winners can expect to be handsomely rewarded with building materials, Megabucks and unique buildings!" "To win this contest, you must build buildings from Amsterdam, collect taxes from them, complete contracts and more. There are many paths to victory!" "You can buy all the buildings for the contest in the store under the Extras tab. Contest points earned by purchasing a building are lost if the building is sold. All players participate in the global and regional leaderboards. The top 1,000 players will get unique prizes at the end of the contest. The World Capitals: Amsterdam contest will run from October 15 to November 3. Earn your first 500 points to win your first prizes: coins, materials and Megabucks!" "Enter the World Capitals: Amsterdam contest! Build your own little Amsterdam to earn contest points, get on the leaderboard and win prizes. All players can win coins, materials, Megabucks and unique buildings for taking part in the contest."

World Capitals (Amsterdam) is the thirteenth World Capital contest event released by Social Quantum. It is a timed Contest in which the player has 20 days to construct buildings, complete contracts, collect taxes, and house residents to accrue points toward placement on a leaderboard. These special buildings are only available during the timed event. It was released as part of an update on Thu October 15, 2015. Additional buildings was added on Mon October 19, 2015, and again on Thu October 22, 2015.
