The Velodrome is an infrastructure building located right beside the Large Hadron Collider in the desert. It was added during an update on 11.07.2014 as part of the timed quest called Hairpin Turn Cycle Race. This building provides additional points points  for World Capital Contest: Paris.

A total of 125 assets are needed to complete construction of the Velodrome. This is equivalent to 125  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
