The Environmental Protection Service is an infrastructure structure located on the ring road south-east of Nephilim World Trade Center. It was originally introduced on Thu October 22, 2015 as part of the timed quest called Great Lakes.[1]
A total of 240 assets and additional 4,100,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Environmental Protection Service. This is equivalent to 240 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
