The Fairground Tents is an infrastructure building located east of the Overpass game zone and just north of the Large Hadron Collider. It was added during an update on 10.04.2013 as part of the timed quest called Oktoberfest. A total of 60 assets are needed to complete construction of the Fairground Tents. This equates to 60  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
