Berlin is the fourth World Capital contest released by Social Quantum. It is a timed contest in which the player has 10 days to construct contest buildings, collect the income and finish contracts to accrue points toward placement on a leaderboard. These special buildings are only available during the timed event. It was released as part of an update on Fri October 17, 2014.
