The Gift Factory is an infrastructure structure located on the southern coast of Megapolis at the far west of Megapolis Basketball Arena. It was originally introduced on Thu December 10, 2015 as part of the timed quest called Christmas Cruise.[1] The construction of this building provides 
for Christmas Capital.
A total of 40 assets are needed to complete construction of the Gift Factory. This is equivalent to 40 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
