The Graphite Plant is an industrial factory located on the southern south east border of the Mountain Plains expansion zone in Industrial Complex, east of Coal Industrial Center. It was originally introduced on Thu June 23, 2016 as part of the timed quest called Resource Processing.[1]
A total of 240 assets and additional 250,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Graphite Plant. This is equivalent to 600 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
