The Innovative Development Firm is an infrastructure structure located on the northern north-east side of Great Lakes expansion zone. It was originally introduced on Thu October 22, 2015 as part of the timed quest called Great Lakes.[1]
A total of 220 assets and additional 4,100,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Innovative Development Firm. This is equivalent to 220 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
