Megapolis Cup Regatta (also called Megapolis Cup Sailing Regatta in the Facebook version) is a Timed Quest in which the player has 192 hours to build 5 areas and 1 building and to upgrade the 5 areas with assets leading up to sailing-related rewards. It was released as part of an update on 11.05.2013. It was preceded by the related Yacht Club timed quest. "We need to build a national watersports federation, select referees, and start the sailing regatta!" "Megapolis deserves to have its own regatta! Sailboats from all over the world will assemble along the shores of our city, and a little honest competition will determine who the best is. This magnificent show will bring spectators to our city from all over the world! "The residents beg the mayor: hold the regatta "We should build a national watersports federation, select referees, and start the sailing regatta!"

Stage 1 - Yachts, Set Sail!

We need to build a national watersports federation, select referees, and start the sailing regatta!

Tasks:

Watersports include a number of very different sports, but we're mostly interested in sailing.

Stage 2 - Ships and Cutters Show

A boat show is an exhibition of ships, cutters, and yachts. Anyone who prefers the sea to dry land will find it an exiting[sic] spectacle.

Tasks:

Finish building the national watersports federation and start getting ready for the Megapolis Cup regatta.

Stage 3 - Regatta Referees

Regattas traditionally begin with a large concert and the introduction of the referees and competitors. We need a large stage for this.

Get ready for the regatta – build a stage and select referees from among your friends.

Stage 4 - Flying over the Water

Speedboats are fast, lightweight vessels. Thanks to the special design of their hull and bottom, speedboats glide along the surface of the water and can reach very high speeds.

Stage 5 - Selecting the Best Teams

It's time to hold trials to pick the best teams to compete in the Megapolis Cup sailing regatta!

Tasks:

Preparations for the regatta are going full blast! It's time to turn our attention to the competing teams and make sure visitors tot he city have everything they need.

It's time to begin the Megapolis Cup sailing regatta. Once the race is over, you'll get a reward: a magnificent yacht called the Megapolis.
