The Paper Plant is an industrial factory located on the eastern north east border of the Central Region expansion zone in Industrial Complex, north of Timber Cutting Complex. It was originally introduced on Thu June 23, 2016 as part of the timed quest called Resource Processing.[1]
A total of 186 assets and additional 100,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Paper Plant. This is equivalent to 455 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
