		Build a frame for the Ice Arena Costs: 20 Assets or 20 , 20  and 30  5 x Cement 5 x Concrete Slabs 10 x Bricks Gives: 750  and 13,000  cap increase
		Complete a Sports Equipment (Sporting Goods) contract (at the Household Goods Facility) Costs: 500  and 8 hours Gives: 5,800  and 43
