		Begin constructing the Megapolis Federal Reserve Costs: 110 assets or 250 , 29  and 23  Gives: 1,750  upon completion, then 1,700  and 110  every 12 hours
		Build a Coffee House Costs: 150,000  or 2 , 14  and 8  Gives: 585  and 6,045  cap increase.
