The Visitors of the City quest unlocks once the following condition(s) have been met:

More and more visitors are coming to Megapolis. We'll need a hotel to be able to lodge them all. Build it and house your new residents!

		Build an Islander Hotel Costs: 330,000 or 2 , 20 and 15 Gives: 870 , then 480 and 24 every 8 hours (Previously before Fri August 22, 2014, cost was 137,000 , 550 on completion and 40 periodically.)
		House 500 residents
