The Solar Cooling Facility is an infrastructure structure located on the bank of oasis south-east of Overpass Expansion Zone. It was originally introduced on Tue October 6, 2015 as part of the timed quest called Desert Oasis.[1]
A total of 40 assets are needed to complete construction of the Solar Cooling Facility. This is equivalent to 40 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
