The Reserve Administration is a production structure located northeast of Westside, north of Missile Base. It was originally introduced on Thu September 1, 2016 as part of the timed quest called Skyways.

A total of 20 assets are needed to complete construction of the Reserve Administration. This is equivalent to 20  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
