The Smart Hotel is a transport hub located on the far south-east of Heliport expansion zone; near the Auto Expo area. It was originally introduced on Fri September 25, 2015 as part of the timed quest called Ring Road.[1]
A total of 600 assets and additional 6,000,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Smart Hotel. This is equivalent to 605 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
