The Mysterious Cave is a Lost Island building located in Lost Island, east of Lost Pyramid. It was originally introduced on Thu June 8, 2017 as part of the timed quest called Treasure Hunt.

Mining Game

Task of the mining game is to burst earth (brown) and stone blocks (grey) with tools to obtain lost island materials, Ancient Coins Ancient Coins  , artifacts artifacts , coins , tools, chests or explosives that explode instantly. The cobblestone are indestructible. The mining game is played within a field of 7x5 blocks, not picked materials that move up beyond the field will be automatically collected. The tools can be produced at three different workshops (Workshop I, Workshop II and Workshop III) or can be purchased with Ancient Coins Ancient Coins  or .

Effects of the tools:

Jackhammer	1 block; simple burst effect
Drill	all blocks in 1 row; simple burst effect; can be placed only on empty fields
Dynamite	to 8 blocks (on the line of the placement); can burst earth and stone; can be placed only on empty fields

Some blocks are covered because they are outlined of other ones that have to be bursted to uncover them. When a block below the grey line - layer counter on the right side - is burst open, the grey line (layer) move down. Chests can be opened by 1  and comprise materials, Ancient Coins Ancient Coins  , artifacts artifacts  or tools.

Every 50-60 layers there appears a vault full of different presents.

On the last day of the contest the player get an offer which multiply the amount of artifacts, that can be excavated, by two.
