The Underwater Tour Club is an infrastructure structure located on the east of the Archipelago expansion zone, next to the Arena Tennis Center. It was originally introduced on Thu September 29, 2016 as part of the timed quest called Five-Star Shelf.[1]
A total of 40 assets are needed to complete construction of the Underwater Tour Club. This is equivalent to 40 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
