Halloween Contest is the twenty-second contest released by Social Quantum and a Halloween themed contest. It is a timed contest in which the player has 19 days to construct buildings, complete contracts, collect taxes, and house residents to accrue points toward placement on a leaderboard. These special buildings are only available during the timed event. It was released as part of an update on Mon October 24, 2016. Additional buildings were added on Mon October 31, 2016 and on Thu November 3, 2016.
