The Water Outlet is a water supply structure located on the south-east of the Great Lakes area expansion. It was originally introduced on Thu April 14, 2016 as part of the timed quest called Conquering the Elements.[1]
A total of 95 assets are needed to complete construction of the Water Outlet. This is equivalent to 105 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
