The Water Treatment Plant is a water supply structure located north of the glacier near the Great Lakes expansion zone. It was originally introduced on Thu October 22, 2015 as part of the timed quest called Great Lakes.[1]
A total of 330 assets and additional 6,100,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Water Treatment Plant. This is equivalent to 330 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
