World Capitals (Beijing) is the the seventh World Capitals event released by Social Quantum, and the first one to be featured on Tourist Island.

"The citizens would like the mayor to enter the World Capitals: Beijing contest. Our city is worthy of a victory! It has the potential to be the best not only in the region, but also in the whole world. As a reward, our city will not only receive building materials and Megabucks, but also unique Beijing buildings!" "You can buy all the buildings for the contest in the store under the Extras tab. Contest points earned by purchasing a building are lost if the building is sold. All players will be ranked on the Worldwide and Regional leaderboards. The top 1,000 players will win unique prizes at the end of the contest. The World Capitals: Beijing contest will run from March 27 to April 14. Earn your first 500 points to win your first prizes: coins, materials and Megabucks!" "All players can win coins, materials, Megabucks and unique buildings for taking part in the contest." "To win this contest, you must build Beijing buildings, collect taxes from them, buy Megabucks, complete contracts and more. There are many paths to victory!"

World Capitals (Beijing) is a Timed Contest in which the player has 18 days to construct buildings, complete contracts, collect taxes, and house residents to accrue points toward placement on a leaderboard. These special buildings are only available during the timed event. It was released as part of an update on 03.27.2015 and additional buildings was added on 03.31.2015, on 04.03.2015 and again on 04.07.2015.
