The Yachting Center (also known as Sailing Center) is a production building located on the southeast coast of the Underwater Tunnel island, adjacent to the Coastal Hotel. It was added during an update on 10.15.2013 as part of the timed quest called Yacht Club (Quest).

A total of 245 assets are needed to complete construction of the Yachting Center. This is equivalent to 245  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
